You are eligible to apply for a loan if you are:
  • A citizen of Sri Lanka;
  • Residing in Sri Lanka;
  • If you are 20-60 years old;
  • Anyone with a national identity card can apply for our loan.
For the first loan you can obtain an amount between LKR 1,000 to LKR 60,000.
Once you have applied for the online loan and its approved, within 5 minutes your money will be credited to your bank account provided in the application process.
Prior to applying for a loan you can check the full repayment amount of your loan through our loan calculator. The loan amount required for any repayment period needs to be selected according to your convenience, based on this a service charge will be charged.

  • Use your personal information, bank account information correctly.
  • The telephone number you will use in the application should be registered in your name.
  • You need to enter a landline number at your place of work.
  • You need to include a photo of your National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving License to verify your identity.

We have included in your contract the date on which your loan will be repaid and the amount applicable. We urge you to make sure that you pay on or before the due date so that you do not receive any penalty.

You can find all the details of the loan terms through your Login If you have paid your previous loan on time, you can easily apply for another loan through our website, except you don’t need to fill out the application form again

You must mention your Loan agreement number and your National Identity Card number (NIC) when making a payment via any payment channel.

Yes, you can repay the loan any time before the due date.
How can I change my registered phone number or email? If you have changed your mobile number or your email address, it is necessary to send an email request to support@cashmart.lk
If your loan application was rejected, that means that there is no loan available to match your risk profile. If new loans that match your risk profile appear or your credit score improves, you can try to reapply. Meanwhile, here are the most common reasons for not getting a loan approved:
  • Your national ID doesn’t belong to you or is invalid.

  • You have outside financing that exceeds your borrowing limit.
